About me
I’m Satheesh Gurusamy, a Senior Data & Analytics Lead with over 15 years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions across financial services, insurance, retail and e-commerce.
Data & engineering
My expertise spans data engineering, data modelling, business intelligence and advanced analytics, with extensive experience designing scalable data platforms, building robust data pipelines and transforming complex data into actionable insights. I work across SQL Server, Power BI (DAX), Python, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Snowflake and dbt.
Analytics & CRM
My analytics experience covers customer and marketing analytics, segmentation, predictive modelling, digital customer journeys, conversion analysis and performance measurement. I have extensive expertise in CRM and campaign platforms including Adobe Campaign Classic, Emarsys, Ometria and Pure360 (now Spotler), delivering segmentation, campaign automation and full-cycle lifecycle strategies.
Digital & e-commerce
Digital and e-commerce have been a consistent part of my career, from online customer journeys, conversion and sales analysis across insurance and retail, through to building e-commerce solutions with online ordering and payments, digital marketing, analytics tracking and performance reporting.
