I am a Senior Data Analyst and Data Engineer based in Tunbridge Wells, UK, with over 14 years of experience in business intelligence, data platforms, analytics, and CRM-driven customer communications across financial services and digital businesses. My expertise includes designing data pipelines, building scalable data warehouses, delivering business intelligence solutions, and supporting CRM and campaign analytics using SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Azure data services, and marketing automation platforms.
I have extensive experience working with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and modern cloud platforms including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database, enabling organisations to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
